What a great series on "subscriptions", an instant classic and must read! Part One picked my curiosity on the subject and made me think, Part Two expanded the learnings in a very structured way, and Part Three closed the deal: nothing like an example to showcase the nuances of a framework. Thank you for your generous contribution Nikhil! 👏👏👏

I just read the 3 parts and I loved all of them! Great framework and lots of interesting insights. If you don't mind I'll link the series in the next release of the SaaSification newsletter. Thanks for the learnings.

Very curious about the Pet Industry in India. Especially fresh food. Do you think it is still too early for India? India's pet market is less than 5% of US although it's growing at 3X more CAGR (17% vs 5%). Do you think India would be able to leapfrog without having to go through normal evolution of the industry?

Anshul, nice to hear from you. I am no expert on the pet market in India, but I think there certainly seems to be a Chewy-style opportunity there for a mass market pet brand. I would guess that the premium healthy end of the market is very small right now, but perhaps will be big in 10 years, and hence a good time to explore ideas in it :).
